Since when did Danny become "Large and In Charge"? Never heard that in PA. I almost spit my drink out my nose when I heard Johnny say that.

If you read Twitter, it would seem Dietrich's not a big fan of it either. Terry McCarl like "Amish Cowboy" for him.
On a related note, what is with the Dave Blaney being from Stockholm, Sweden stuff.

Dave and Dale both write down random cities as their hometown from time to time. Why?... Why not? I get a smile out of it.
Roswell, NM is just one of the few that is used.

Apparently it is a inside joke between the brothers. They just write down weird cities every now and then as a laugh
