Forsberg takes his fourth championship...finished 2nd in the feature to Kyle Hirst, who was in the Wehrbach #20 this week. Hirst mentioned to Bill Sullivan that he'll be back in Scott Merrell's #14 next week for the Fall Nationals (as Bud Kaeding will be driving the #20 then). I think that's the fifth different ride he's been in this year...as he said in the post-race interview, he's been fast in all of them, and tonight was no exception.
Colby gave the #92 a good run for its money, finishing just one spot behind him on the podium. He was involved in the incident that sent CJ Humphreys wildly rolling down the frontstretch, CJ looked rather winded as he walked back to the pits but was otherwise okay.
Forsberg had a close call halfway through the race when Carl Droivold flipped after tangling with Justin Johnson; Andy had to run on the embankment to avoid the wreck but came out of that no worse for the wear.
Hirst managing to hold off Forsberg through lapped traffic was rather reminiscent of his earlier win at this year's Tribute to Al Hinds.
Also, Kyle Larson finished just a few spots ahead of Mason Moore, guaranteeing the #83v the Rookie of the Year title.

One moment that I think may have been overlooked in all the excitement over the title finally being decided...was Jimmy Trulli's brilliant save in the fourth turn during his heat, he had it sliding every way and yet managed to get it pointed straight after all!
