What are your 2016 racing goals? "Our goal in 2016 is to at least get our first win. I would like to get more than one this year but other than that just being consistent and improve on last year’s results."
What races do you target as must win? "My one win I would like to have is like everybody else who wants to win the Knoxville Nationals, but other than that, the Summer Nationals at Williams Grove Speedway because it’s at home and in front of family and friends, making it that much more special."
Which track is most challenging for you and which is your favorite? "Every track is challenging in its own right because they are all so different – Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55 is the most fun to race at because it’s high banked and there’s always a lot of action there."
Who is your biggest competition this season? "There’s lots of good drivers but everybody wants to beat Donny Schatz, he’s the defending champion and one of the best in our sport."
Why are you an Outlaw? “Why I am an Outlaw is because growing up my grandpa (Bobby Allen) taught me “to never give up, keep pushing and keep working at it if you really want something,” so that’s what we live by when we race.”
Previous Racing History: Schuchart’s grandfather and team owner is sprint car hall of famer Bobby Allen… Jacob Allen, Schuchart’s teammate, is also his uncle… At 8 years old, Schuchart was the Rookie of the year at Hunterstown Speedway… Schuchart progressed into 358 Sprint Cars and competed at several Pennsylvania tracks including, Trail-Way Speedway, Lincoln, Williams Grove and Susquehanna, and he became the youngest driver ever to win the Lincoln Speedway 348 track championship… In his first year in a 410 Sprint car, 2012, Schuchart was voted the National Sprint Car Rookie of the Year by the by the National Sprint Car Hall of Fame.

Front flat tire in his heat race put him in the c main I believe and he didn't transfer, don't shoot me if it was the best main as I don't quote remember.

Are you thinking the whole posse / no posse debate is making people look more intelligent? I have to disagree, and to tell you the truth, I don't even remember which team you're on, only that it seems counterproductive when we all seem to be sprint car fans.
|
Of course you don't know what team I'm on be cause I'm not on a team, I just like 410 racing. That's why I didn't take kindly to you're comment about it making me look stupid, do you finally understand?

Said he made decision to run motor too lean in time trials, had a very bad lap. Then was in a stacked heat race. Was running about 7th in his heat when he hit the inside rail and busted a front tire. Didn't come out for the C main.

I love Port Royal as much as anyone, but you're right, at least about the parking. That was horrible getting out Saturday night. It's almost worth paying the extra money for a pit pass in order to at least get to Route 75 quicker.

Apparently none of you has ever parked on the backstretch at Williams Grove. I've sat in that lot for twice as long as I ever have at Port while parking inside the fairgrounds. Of course as a Port regular and native I know where to park for big races at Port and it's not inside the grounds, lmao!!!!

DD was outside the transfer in his heat and runnig the pis out of the thing trying to make up ground as the field stung out...ramped it up a jersey barrier coming thru 4 (right in front of us) and it slammed down blowing out the LF tire and likely damage to the suspension as it was a hard landing.
no idea if he had addition damage or engine issues but he was NOT fast in TT...he did not report out for the C and his name was not mentioned by the Voice of the WoO again that night.

Port Royal's on site parking is some of the worst I've seen anywhere as far as post event traffic flow. It doesn't bother me because I just hang out and wait for shit to start breaking loose before I turn the the key and go. Not sure what they could do to improve it though.

I didn't park inside the track at Port, parked on the outside. Perhaps I am missing the shortcut.
Parking on the frontstretch of the Grove and avoiding the mess getting on rt 15 is key to getting out of the Grove.

Yep, usually the front stretch isn't bad. As far as Port being bad, I would expect it to be spittle hectick given your in the middle of town. You gotta expect some traffic. I usually just hang out for a bit and get out no problem.

Always worth it to pay $5 and park at the elementary school or in someone's yard for the big races. Then make a right on Milford St. out to Rt. 333 to skip the traffic.

The new restrooms are great but they need to have the old ones in operation too for the big races and big crowds. Standing in a long line to piss is something I don't do.(good to be a guy sometimes lol)

As far as Logan , guess you did not see him when he was hooked up and as far Port Royal they are aware of problems regarding long lines at restrooms . More will be done during off season again by these outstanding men who are on the board , don't see other tracks accept Susquehanna making major updates to a racing venue .
