He's a car salesman. Just feeding us a line. Just wants us to believe people are paying that much because they are "Ford" shirts. Literally everyone I know buy shirts for the drivers name on it, not the sponsor or motor!
I NEVER believe anything a car salesman says, period!

I don't think anyone in their right mind would. I don't care what's on it or how good the condition is, it isn't worth that.

But I would pay over $20 for some classics I've lost over the years: "Raggedy Ass Miner" bar, Leadville Colorado, or "Beau Jocque & the Zydeco High Rollers".... drove 11 hours from Denver to KC to see him play, got T-shirt, left it in some damn motel. He's dead now

In case anyone is interested in who Beau Jocque is, check out "Motordude Special"... lots of cool old race car photos (as well as sexy Creole babes) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QgyagnQVnuE
Fortunately for us whoever made this video didn't realize that "Motordude" was a racehorse. not a "gearhead". Lively music...I put on my live Beau Jocque CD for the last 100 miles of my cross country drives, after coffee isn't doing the trick. Takes lots of self control to keep it under 85....

Selling off your Ford junk since Ford is moving all small car manufacturing to MEXICO!!! Keep being a real American and buy those Fords!!

Wasn't ford the only company out of the big 3 that survived the 2008 collapse without a government bailout??

Well actually back in 2006 Ford mortgaged pretty much everything and borrowed 26 billion from outside sources.....so....when the troubles of 2008 hit Ford already had the working capital that GM and Chrysler did not have. In 2009 Ford did borrow 5.9 Billion from the government to retool and build more fuel efficient cars. So anyway you look at it, Ford did borrow a substantial amount of money in those years. GM has paid back with interest every penny borrowed from the Government, Ford has yet to pay back the 5.9 Billion. That's the latest info I have found.

There are definitely some shirts I'd pay over $20 for that I no longer have but my price still wouldn't be anywhere near what minthess is asking.

I'm not an ebay guy but I'd imagine a person could look and see what he has sold.

Not sure if these are the items in question, but here's a list of items that came up when I searched for Casey Luna:
http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p2050601.m570.l1313.TR0.TRC0.H0.Xcasey+luna.TRS0&_nkw=casey+luna&_sacat=0
I am lucky enough to work at one of the best tracks
anywhere.

Ouch... zero bids on T-shirts, one bid on model car for $4.95
Maybe we should lighten up on good ole Minthess?

A prestine gorgeous 1996 shirt just arrived. Since the only Ford would have won basically everything in 96 if the best mechanic ever wouldn't have been on a war path, I expect it to break 140. Those that settle for a Toyota or Kia will obviously not see the value. I do appreciate all the efforts from those that enjoy the impure and unpatriotic as this thread has gotten me some great exposure. Thanks!
Luna's Ford engine style that won 2 WoO titles and 3
Kings Royals before a weight rule against the best EVER
in their prime and now DOMINATES super dirt late model
racing is no longer allowed/wanted in a WoO sprint
car.... Was Luna a miracle worker?
