I think that this topic has been a very interesting observation of folks who frequent this board, I personally was very suprised by how many sprint car fans that responded lean left.  

I am not prejudice, I judge a man by his actions not his color; however as another already pointed out on the previous thread many are damn tired of some folks always playing the victim (white or black) while the rest are stuck paying the freight. 

Until recently I assumed that everyone thought, if you are armed and attempt to evade police or try to take their weapon from them, that you stood a pretty good chance of being shot, evidently this is no longer how our youth are educated?

I think most would agree if your carrying a weapon and act agressive with the law you most likely are going to get shot. I feel the police in most of these situations were in the right but I am not going to argue on a racing message board about it.

I read this board for racing and not politcal racist rants.

I almost always agree with all that you have to say and in this case, I can agree with you 90%.

I do agree that BS should be deleted and the offender should be banned.  

As far as the purpose of the forum--I don't think it should always have to do solely with sprint car racing.  I just think it should be a place where sprint car racing fans go for discussion.  I don't like the idea of limiting sprint car fans to only talking sprint car racing.  Good healthy discussion, and friendly (and even sometimes not-so-friendly for that matter) banter back and forth is healthy, even with topics that are not directly sprint car related.  We can all agree that we are on the forum in the first place for our love of this one particular type of motorsport.  

That being said, there is no place on the forum for what you are referring to.  Couldn't believe some of what I read.  You can have an opinion about this subject (as I do) without resorting to racial slurs and, as you referred to it, white supremacy.

Moderator,  what Moderator, this forum about Sprint car racing has become a joke! However with that said,  very entertaining!!

I'll argue politics all day if necessary but I get sick of it. Sprint cars are an escape for me, I can enjoy it with people who probaby disagree with me about politics. I don't want to argue about politics here.

But blatant, unprovoked racism is unacceptable & if unchallenged, makes sprint car fans look really bad

Somebody brought up the Colin Kapernick (or whatever his name is) controversy (which has nothing to do with sprint cars) & Wizzard replied "Just because he's a nigger, does that make me racist?"

Now you're bringing up police killings controversy? Guess what... nothing to do with sprint cars

I'm with you revjimk, if you want to take the high road and put this to bed I'm all in... that said, before we do please don't treat me like an idiot with that "this is embarrassing" I'm above all that tone... I may have missed a few of the intial posts which as you pointed out were clearly over the top... however the facts remain.

1. The "1st controversy you mention above" became sprint car related when Smoke commented on social media

2. The "2nd controversy you mention above" is absolutely relevant given that this "charactor" has sited police brutality as the motivation for his actions (fancy socks included).

My motivation was/is to point out that I believe 99% of all law enforcement officers are getting completely screwed!!!
