Last year at the Racesaver IMCA Sprint Nationals John Carney II walked away with everything in sight, winning his preliminary feature, the Race of Champions and the Big Show on Monday after the deluge on Sunday.
Can he do it again?
Will one of the locals step up and defend their home turf? Tyler Drueke is currently fourth in Racesaver IMCA National points, Clint Benson and Jason Martin are tied for fifth.
Or, will it be someone like Andy Shouse who appears to be headed to the championship in the Racesaver IMCA Sprint Car points race.
Let's hear your predictions!!!
I am lucky enough to work at one of the best tracks
anywhere.

It could be one of 20 or 30 different drivers, maybe more........with 130 entries still in play as of yesterday, it promises to be the best, most competitive Racesaver IMCA Nationals yet.........looking very forward to next Thursday............if ya' miss it, you'll be hearing about it the following week....................SC

I will go with whoever is leading and crosses the finish line first when the checkered flag falls on the final feature event of the weekend :-)

Unfortunately I know very few of the drivers or have seen them race to make an educated guess. Going to make the trip this year though hopefully will familiarize myself with the field.

Check out the Racesaver IMCA Sprint Nationals post at the top of this page. I've written short Q & A's with a few of them.
It will give you a little glimpse into their racing chops.
I am lucky enough to work at one of the best tracks
anywhere.
