Could be wrong, but wasn't this the same part that failed on the 3H at Knoxville? Never heard whether or not McFadden was injured.

Hope Pat recovers and finds another ride, not much available in posse land though. Hopefully the Highlands team continues to field a car and run locally in the future.

+1

Was wondering same thing. Picture in article above looks like it has AL driveline sticker on sail panel. The new $1600 titanium setup.

Here's a thought.  I saw Sammy's last ride for the year in the BGTS #1 is this weekend.  How about Sammy in the Highland's car at the tune up and Natty Open?

Yeah I'm a bit confused about that article. He has had many races past Jackson on his schedule all year long including Charlotte and the National Open. Either that's a misprint by CJB or he has other arrangements in place. I guess we'll have to wait and see. I can't imagine him not being in the CJB car for the National Open being they are based only a few minutes away in Carlisle. Who knows.

Sorry Pat left the ride , but here's a thought , how about TJ STUTTS , a great driver with a lot racing experience and knowledge of the car .
