I-30 Speedway    Alexander, AR

The 9th annual Stealth Recovery 360 Sprints Ralph Henson Memorial:

This annual event is held in honor of one of the Midsouth's racing legends, Mr Ralph Henson.

Ralph began his dirt racing career in the Bobo family Stock Car in 1962 after drag racing motorcycles for 5 years. Early in 1962, Ralph suffered a hand injury that left him unable to throttle his bike, and like a true racer, he adapted to the four wheeled racing scene. Taking the seat in a sprint car for the first time in 1965, Ralph went on to win multiple championships in Little Rock and West Memphis, Ar. Ralph competed all across the Midsouth amassing wins in Blytheville, Osceola, and venues across the delta. Ralph finally hung up the helmet at the age of 68.

This year's event has ballooned in purse like no previous edition, of the race, at Tracey Clay's I-30 Speedway. For starters, the winner's share is a hefty $4646. The night's A-main 20th place finisher will walk away with $346 minimum.

The night's A-main hard charger will walk away with a $146 bonus courtesy of Steven Lassiter and Little Man Beef Jerky, presented by KDN Promotions.

The heat race winners will take home $146 each as well:

Heat race 1: Bulldog Construction Co.

Heat race 2: Josh Hardin and KDN Promotions

Heat race 3: Bulldog Construction Co

Heat race 4/5: KDN Promotions

Xtreme Towing and Recovery is sponsoring the pole dash for cash paying $346 to the winner with $46 to 6th.

All non-qualifiers receive $146

We would like to thank each of the sponsors that have stepped forward to make the night a special one for fans and drivers alike:

Larry & Kelly Chase (Stealth Recovery) Douglas Babb and Extreme Towing, Collins, Collins & Ray, Jason Long Enterprises, Landers Chevrolet-Benton, Broach Refrigeration Company, AC Sport, Kevin and Dana Newsom, & Flemming Electric.
