It's really, really nice to NOT have the typical outlaw/posse thread this week.

Thank you for not posting!

Perhaps the rest of us not located in the Iowa/SD area are getting burned out on the "Chuck Brennan is the devil" posts.

I don't have my calendar handy, but isn't this week's rotation "The WoO is killing sprint car racing"?

There are a lot of us in the Iowa/SD area that are tired of the "Chuck Brennan is the devil" posts already.

I would hold off on that thought.  It all depends on what happens tonight.  You know what will happen if the Posse beats the outlaws at WG?  The first sober Pennsylvanian to jump in their '84 Cutlass, drive home, firgure out how to turn on and operate their computer, log on to Hoseheads and make a post will be all over this board!!

Oh wait.....we should be good.  Smile

You win biggest douchebag post of the night. No shocker, we've all seen your past comments. You generally are a douchebag, not just tonight, lol.

No doubt Dewease has the 69K rolling....from 10th to second......damn hard to run down the front row starter....Schatz also made up a lot of ground which isn't a surprize. Happy to see Dewease having such a good year. He's been around a long time and has always been a clean fast driver.

I wish I would have gone.  Just amazing to see the track that good this time of year.  Kudos to the Grove.

Luna's Ford engine style that won 2 WoO titles and 3
Kings Royals before a weight rule against the best EVER
in their prime and now DOMINATES super dirt late model
racing is no longer allowed/wanted in a WoO sprint
car.... Was Luna a miracle worker?

If they get too excited I will bring up Lernerville where their ace who is pounding most of the others in Palookaville, started on the front row of his heat and finished 10th in the Feature, but since they haven't I won't bring it up....

I am still wondering why Stevie and Lance STILL two of the best in the business and driving for top-notch teams are racing a few times a month, riddle me this....

The circus is going to luck into one every now and again when they start on the pole and it is one lane with the cushion in the middle of the race track.

Hats off to Rob Cappetta Racing Engines on the win.

Schatz who?

Yeah, Hodnett didn't run his best heat race at Lernerville.  Got to battling with Madsen and let Stewart sneak up on him. Before he dropped to 10th in the A he had driven his way to 5th though. It wasn't like he was dogcrap.

Riddle you this? Maybe Lance and Stevie are at that point where they don't need or want to run a ton of races. Maybe they are just having fun doing what they're doing. It's okay to have fun.

It should be a fun, but hot one tonight. I'll have plenty of beer to help keep me cool.

Speaking of under performance...Madsen has had his share in recent weeks. Watched a few highlight video from recent events where he flips in TT...returns another night for QT but than I see the 29 car spinning out...or in the way of the leaders in the final laps as lapped traffic.

I guess by Nelligans standards...he sucks and tears up equipment while doing it?

Isn't giving them an 84 Cutlass a stretch?  Nice car......Oh, and steelcityguy seems to be 'butt hurt' over your comment.  Oh geez, must have hit close to home to be bothered by what I think to be a 'tongue in cheek' comment.  Let the good times roll........Oh, Sarge, by the way, I see you are falling in line, following the Wifey's desire's to keep you away from Sprint cars on your trips.  Give her those in trade for Sprint Car (no wife) trips.  Smart move my man...
