I looked up the tweet from last year at this time, (July 17, 2015) and we had 92. Hope we get a ton in the next few days.

I'll be doing an analysis shortly. I am sure I won't be the only one. This message board turns into Knoxville, com after the Summer Nationals.

Rico has it on his schedule and I would assume Bell will be entering as well?

Should be a bunch more rolling in the coming days/weeks.
WoO not entered: Stewart, Saldana, Sides, Johnson, Wilson, and Knipp (6)
All Stars not entered: Kraig Kinser, McFadden, Reed (has hinted he's coming), Shaffer, Jac, Sheldon, PPM, Hannagan, Cap Henry, and Gary Taylor (10).
Local-ish not entered: TK, Zomer, Martin, Bogucki, RJ Johnson, Juhl, Polyak, Agan, Bunton, Moro, Mincer, and Gharst (12). I'm not sure if Garner, Cornell, and Bergman will throw 410s in ... did last year.
Others not entered but should be racing: Rico, Bell, Baughman, Balog, Forler, Hafertepe, and Croft (7).
Unknowns not entered... anybody know if they're coming?? ... Tyler Courtney in the 23 car he's been driving, Logan Wagner (did well last year in rookie year), Don Droud, Skylar Prochaska, Hunter %, Austen Wheatley, and Brandon Wimmer. It would obviously be nice to see the Kreitz team tow the 69k west for DeWease to run, as hot as they've been.
CA cars not entered: Hirst, Bud, Netto, Cox, Allard, Golobic, Walker, and Cory Eliason. Eliason ran Knoxville last Sat and had a decent run - would assume they're sticking around until Nationals? Does anybody know about the others? I would assume Kaeding would based on the past... not sure about Hirst (has Roth and Tarlton $$ though, so would hope so!?), Netto, Cox, and Golobic. I'm not sure what Allard is doing since parting with the 3c team. Would the 3c team tow out here with Walker??? Justin Sanders is entered in 360 Nationals... is top 10 in KWS... would also think he'd run 410 Nationals.
I'm thinking we'll probably end up somewhere between 105 and 115... about like last year.

Real question here..can Tyler Walker leave the state of California? I haven't kept up on his situation, didn't know about probation rules, etc..? I'd like to see him run here again, but I didn't know if it was possible this year.

That's not a bad question. It looks like he actually got sentenced in Utah. Per google search, part of his sentencing was 36 months of 'supervised probation' when he's released from jail (sentencing was in March of 2015). Apparently 'supervised probation' in Utah means that (logically) you're assigned a probation officer. He probably has to check in with his probation officer before he can do just about anything... just guessing. If he can prove to his probation officer that his occupation (sprint car driver) warrants travel to Knoxville, Iowa the 2nd week in August - I suppose it would be up to he/she to allow it. I think the bigger question is, would the 3c travel to Knoxville even if their driver's probation officer would allow it!

Although I would like to see T-Dub at the Nationals, I don't believe the 3c travels that far. At least not that I recall in recent memory.

I would be pleasantly surprised if the Lamar 3c came east.
From Posse country, Logan Wagner just had a fundraiser to try and get the funding to go back this year. It's on Ryan Smith's radar, but after destroying their car at Eldora, it's safe to say that didn't help their chances of making the tow.

Has Chase Wanner entered the Nationals yet? He may put a BIG motor in his sprinter.
