Brian, I can't wait to see the "push truck" in person.
a500tt, I couldn't agree more!
Ethel, Where the heck have you been? How are you doing? I saw your name on Landis' car... is your daughter still dating him?
David, Thanks for the awesome photo! Do you have any more? Are you going to Wichita Falls?

No I don't have anymore of your car. My dad owned supers in the same era. I remembered I had that photo, so I scanned it and posted it. Car looks great.

Who is your Dad?
Here is a photo of the other side of the car, like in your photo.

Gene Jones. The car in the picture was driven by Bobby Walker in 75. He owned a Parsons car in 74 that was number 68 and driven by Jay Woodside,Dale Parsons, Dale Reed, DE Suggs. Wish we could all go back to those days.

My car is not an actual representation of the technical side of the supers. It is a stalled street legal super project. Lately it seems to tell me that it wants to be a race car again. Choices,choices....I'm either going to listen to the car or start taking medication!LOL Kyle your car is the star this year at Wichita Falls but I am thrilled that such an event is even happening!
David Jones, didn't you run a six-cylinder in '89? I think we pitted together a few times. They were nailing everybody about mufflers and that Harvey kid put a supertrapp on just like the rules said but he didn't use hardly any plates!

hey roosta!!! I've been busier than a one armed paperhanger.......lol. Between work, remodeling the house, and pit crewing on Calvin's car, there hasn't been a lot of free time. I'm proud to say that my daughter quit dating Calvin and married him..........lmao. They're even going to have a new crew member in January. Instead of tickets to Chili Bowl, I have tickets to the delivery room. Miss talking to ya!!

Wow, the real Roosta and the real Ethel are still around. Car looks great Roosta. Missed both of you last year at the Chili Bowl. Looks like we'll miss Ethel this year also but I'll give her credit for having a good excuse. Congrats on the nuptuals and new addition to the racing family.

Wonder if they're interested in a get together for the cars at the Chili bowl? Lots of eye candy but a few supers never hurt. This would be a chance for the southern cars to meet up with the northern cars.
Hey Roosta, any idea where Fairbanks is going this weekend?
