First of all, for those proclaiming a "local" win last night, wasn't it just around a month ago that Terry chose not to race at a couple Knoxville weekly shows since his truck was "broke down" and at the time was a "Gold" member of the WoO? Looks to me like the Outlaws got a win last night at the Mecca.
2nd, I was wondering why Shane Stewart didn't have to run the C-main? He junked a car in his heat race and was credited with a finishing spot that would relegate him to the C-main. Even if his qualifying time put him in the B-main, since he brought out an unqualified car shoudn't he have had to tag the back of the C?
Lastly, why was no one penalized at the start of the dash? They called it back but simply did a "do-over." Why is it sometimes they send someone back a row and other times they don't?
Just a few things I noticed last night.

For some reason, heat positions don't matter if you fail to finish in an A-transfer spot. It goes back to qualifying time for those drivers. Which sucks for guys who, say, start last and end up 1 spot short... they still have to race the C.
I asked in the dirtvision chat about the jumped starts (it happened in the B-main too) but no one gave me a response... so not sure.

On the KNIA broadcast they said the WoO officials did not realize he brought out a spare chassis until after the C-main was run. So they moved him to the back of the B-main.

Under World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series rules, a driver bringing out a back up car goes to the rear of the next event for which his time qualified him. Shane Stewart's qualifying time put him in the Last Chance Showdown. The fact that he brought out the back up car moved him to the rear of THAT EVENT. It did not erase his original qualifying time. Series officials were aware of the back up car from the moment they started to bring it down from the trailer. (I announced by the end of the heat race that the team was going to a back up car.)
