Just received an email wanting to let everybody know that former 70's and 80's racer James Fessler passed away last night at his home. He was only 56 yrs. old. As soon as I get information on funeral arrangements then I will post here.
On a side note. That name sounds really, really familiar. What car # did he drive. Any information would be appreciated.

James was a great guy. He rented one of our buildings, so I got to talk to him quite a bit. Dad saw him at lunch yesterday and he looked just fine. This is a good reminder as to how quick things can change.
RIP

James ran the #6 super modified. Somewhere I have a picture of him during time trials of a NCRA event at SFS, but I can't seem to find it at this place and time.

I believe he was also one of the first people to build an injectorator.
