Wizzard, I was not there, but I was at Attica where they had two B mains for the 305's and the Late Models....they had a lot of cars! When the 410 A-main was done, it was 11:15. And they had the two A-Mains for the other classes to go.

Somethimes it drags on and on and when it gets cooler in the evenings in the spring, and the track is drying out....it is no fun sitting there, waiting for the support classes to get over with.  Sometimes it seems the support classes are the main event...

I have said this before...that I would pay an extra few bucks to see the All Stars or whatever main event it is...if I knew there was only going to be 1 support class....I would gladly pay $25.00 or more for my ticket.

It was my first time at Bedford Speedway in 17 years.  It was AWESOME to see (42) 410's at Bedford.  You had a mixture of All Stars, Central PA and Western PA sprint cars.  They mentioned earlier before the race, they would try to keep the show running as quickly as possible being it was a Sunday and most people had to work the next day.  My only complaint was running the pure stock feature before the sprint car feature.  When that pure stock flipped in turn 2 and then caught fire, I knew this wasn't going to sit well for most fans.  The 410 sprint car feature was over at 10:30pm.  Hopefully, next time they run the 410 feature first so we can get home at a decent time.  Overall, I'm glad I made the nearly 2 hour drive to Bedford Speedway for a great night of All Star racing!!!!

2020 Race Count:
Lincoln 4
Port Royal 3
BAPS 1

I was not there but will attend June race . Mr. Padula the promoter  is a very nice man and he is trying hard to promote these sprint car shows . The drivers have told him they need a fast moving show and last year I had heard it was over by 9:30 pm . Most teams don't really care for the Sunday shows because of there work schedules . Years ago that would not matter we went to any races and got up no  matter what time it was . Did they have a good crowd at Bedford ? You see Bedford is a fast track and usually if your up front your gone  and win easily .

The only complaints I had about Sunday's show was the running of the pure stocks before the 410 feature (I hate being held hostage to watch support classes at a big show), and the announcer. The guy did an ok job with the sprints, but he never stopped talking once all night. Even he admitted that some of the sponsors that he was rambling on about were probably getting tired of hearing their own name mentioned. I thought the racing was decent for a track that had the sun beat down on it all day, but watering the top before the 410 feature may have brought the top around enough to provide more passing. Maybe with the car count being higher and a good crowd support we won't be saddled with 2 support classes on a Sunday night show next year.

Went to all three All Star shows over the weekend racing and crowds were good each night.

Was impressed with some of the new All Stars hope they stay with it ,seen that Ohio has the same problem as Pa. with three tracks running Sprints on Saturday.Wayne County lost at least 10 cars to Fremont and Attomic and Mercer Pa. also ran .

Right now itv appears that Pa. has slipped behind Ohio in quanity and quality of cars.

Saw Paige Polliak ran for the first time at Fremont Sat. is she just running local this year?

I was glad to see him win. I don't know why, but he's always been one of those guys I liked. I've never met him but he seems like a nice guy. One thing is for sure, he can wheel the hell out of a sprint car.
