Somebody who knows what they are talking about because they have sailed on or visited the ship they are talking about. Someone who cruises the Nile regularly to stay up-to-date and someone who's job or company relies on selling Nile Cruises that people will enjoy and who will recommend their services to their friends and family. In other words someone who has a vested interest in ensuring that they sell you the right Nile Cruise ship. That's not to knock the travel agent "on the high street" as they do a very good job. But remember that a high street counter travel agent has to know a little about a lot. They cannot be experts on every destination. It's just impossible.
