Matt Mitchell needs to be penalized for rough driving. Remember the Hall of Fame night at Perris…took out Austin Liggett, Matt McCarthy, and others…his fault IMO. He has flipped at least 4 other times recently on his own accord plus last night 18th lap crash into Tommy Malcolm was Rough Driving on his part. Has to stop. I remember Rip Williams running into the “Tooth Dr.” son in practice and the Race Director then penalized Rip Williams 3 races for the incident. Rip was the Man then but received the deserved penalty. Something has to happen to Matt Mitchell before someone gets hurt.. Race Director? Watch the replay. .
