Cutting machine operating procedures

When the machine is stopped for more than 8 hours, run the machine at low speed for 3 to 5 minutes to confirm that the lubrication, hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and cooling systems are working properly before starting work. at work a. According to the material and process requirements of the workpiece, the cutting piece and the cutting amount should be selected reasonably. c. When replacing the cutting piece, it should be disassembled in strict accordance with the regulations. The mounted cutting piece must be a good one. d. The cutting piece needs to be statically balanced; when there are special regulations, it should be balanced. e. After the cutting piece is installed, it should be idle for 3-5 minutes to confirm that the cutting piece is running normally before use. f. According to the grinding length of the workpiece, adjust the position of the tailstock and the reverse block, and tighten, and adjust the speed required by the workbench. g. When the cutting piece approaches the workpiece, the cutting piece must be brought into contact with the workpiece by manual slow feed, and collision must not occur. The workpiece and the cutting piece must not stop during the process without leaving. h. When loading and unloading and measuring the workpiece, the cutting piece must be retracted from the workpiece and after the machine is stopped; the workpiece clamping must be reasonable and firm. i. After the cutting piece is blunt, it should be repaired in time and should not be used. j. Sharpened diamond should be used for trimming the cutting piece, and coolant must be used for trimming. k. It is forbidden to tap and straighten the workpiece on the two tops or work surfaces. l. When using the inner round grinding tool, it should be correctly installed. Reasonably use the long grinding rod. Before the connection, the cone hole and the cone surface should be wiped clean and tightened, and the coaxiality should be checked. After the requirements are met, the test can be used. m. During round grinding, it is necessary to carefully check whether the electrical limit switch is reliable to ensure that the 14 inches cutting disc does not have rapid advance and retreat and automatic feed motion during internal grinding. n. When the machine is running, the operator is not allowed to leave the post or take care of the person. o. An abnormal phenomenon occurs during the operation of the machine tool. It should be stopped immediately to find out the cause and deal with it in time. after work a. Allow the cutting piece to run empty for more than 2 minutes before stopping, and let it dry. b. Each joystick, switch, knob must be placed in the “stop” position to cut off the power. c. Carry out routine maintenance. d. Fill in the “transfer record” and do a good job in the shift
