Machine maintenance: 1. Fine lubrication function has great relationship with the service life of bearing and rotation rate because the bearing undertakes the whole load of crusher. Consequently, the lubricating oil must be clean enough and seal must be excellent. 2. It is necessary to check the newly installed tyre because it is easily loose. 3. Take notice of each part of machine whether it works normally or not 4. Keep an eye on the attrition rate of the easy wear part and replace the wear part timely. 5. If the temperature of bearing oil is too high, machine should be stopped to eliminate the phenomenon. 6. If there is impact sound when rolling gear is operating, machine should be stopped to be checked.
