Structure of drive device of roller mill

A, reducer. There are two kinds of reducer used in Ore Milling Equipment transmission device: cylindrical gear reducer and planetary gear reducer. Cylindrical gear reducer is divided into two kinds of single out shaft and double out shaft. A drive shaft arrangement of single cylindrical gear reducer, the largest area of transmission shaft; double cylinder gear reducer, only by driving a motor, but must be set to two axis gear coupling, in order to adapt to the level of moving roller. Most planetary gear reducers used in roller mills are made of socket type structure. In this way, the coupling can be omitted, and the concentricity accuracy of the reducer and the roller shaft can be ensured simultaneously. If necessary, the shaft out way with spindle head can also be made. Planetary gear reducer has high bearing capacity, and it is widely used when transmitting the same power, which is much smaller than cylindrical gear reducer.

B, motor. At present, there are basically three kinds of motors used in roller mill transmission, namely squirrel cage type, winding type and DC motor. The specific selection should be based on the use and requirements of the roller mill. In general, as long as properly handled, it can completely meet the conditions of no-load starting, the squirrel cage motor is better, cheaper, simple structure, convenient maintenance. The DC motor is only selected when the two rollers of the roller mill do need speed regulation. As for the large roller mill, the motor is usually used to reduce the impact on the power grid when the motor starts. In order to avoid full load starting, the hydraulic system must be adjusted when the roller mill stops, and the stored material in the roller mill is emptied to ensure the condition of no load starting. Since the two roller diameters of roller mill are relatively small, and the two motors are relatively close, it is possible to choose "lean type" or "junction box" symmetrically arranged motor, so that it is convenient for maintenance.

C, hydraulic coupling. Hydraulic coupling (also known as hydraulic coupling) can not only improve the starting performance, but also play the role of overload protection. Roller mill overload, hydraulic coupling temperature will increase, when reaches the set value (120 C), the fusible plug is melted, the extrusion roller will therefore stop rotation, to avoid damage to the equipment. But the necessary protection measures should be taken on the spot, such as setting metal detector, iron remover, etc., to avoid foreign objects entering the roller.
