ARLINGTON, Texas -- The Seattle Mariners placed outfielder Logan Morrison and right-handed starter Blake Beavan on the 15-day disabled list Wednesday, and recalled second baseman Nick Franklin and James Jones from Triple-A Tacoma. Beavan left Tuesdays game after four innings with what was diagnosed as shoulder tendinitis. Making his first Mariners start this season after being recalled from Tacoma, Beavan allowed two runs in a 5-0 loss. Morrison, who hasnt played since leaving Mondays game, has a strained right hamstring.
