in Spring 2016, Jordan Brand will be celebrating the greatest milestones of Michael Jordan's legendary career with it's "Legacy Collection". This is one of the hottest collections of retro's in years. Always fun to talk about prospective Air Jordan retro drops and some of the latest whispers have the Air Jordan 12 slated to return in 2016 with two colorway favorites – White/French Blue-Metallic Silver-Varsity Red and White/Black-Varsity Red. While the exact colorway configuration is still TBA along with everything else, we know that the French Blue first released on January 10, 2004 as a "Retro" colorway, and the Varsity Red – an original colorway from 1997 – made its first retro retail appearance on December 19, 2009. It has been confirmed that Jordan Brand has worked directly with Warner Brothers on special licensing on apparel and accessories that hook to the Air Jordan 11s. Nice Kicks has confirmed with several sources just moments ago that in fact the Air Jordan 11 "Space Jam" would return in 2016, but contrary to reports, The "Space Jam" Air Jordan 11 never released in the OG days despite being the very first color way of the Air Jordan 11 that Michael Jordan wore on court in the 1995 NBA Playoffs against the Orlando Magic. Jordan Brand has re-released every original Air Jordan 5 colorway, some multiple times, but they haven’t ever put out low top versions. Until this week, that is.
