SUPR & AMP Series meet in Little Rock Arkansas June 22nd & June 23rd

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. -- SUPR & AMP teamed up to provide some of the best racing ever seen at the dirt track facility Alexander Ark. -- The Arkansas Motorsport Professional AMP Series along with the very successful O’Reilly SUPR Late Model Series out of Baton Rouge, LA swarm into the Little Rock, Arkansas, Historical I-30 Speedway.

Teams from across the state of Arkansas are expected as the chance to race at this "premier" facility is something every team looks forward too this season.

June 22, 2007 the AMP & SUPR Late Models will make 25 laps a victory at the flag stand to a victory lap paying out $1250.00 paycheck to the first place winner.

June 23, 2007 the AMP & SUPR Late Models will make 50 laps the paycheck will provide $2500.00 to the first place winner.

A strong field of cars is expected to be on hand as the SUPR & AMP drivers prepare for the weekend event. AMP Series Points leader, Kyle Beard coming off the road from Oklahoma's West Siloam Speedway, picking up wins along the series this season at Beebe & Central Arkansas Speedways. Beard took on one of the most recognized drivers in North West Arkansas, driver Mr. Leslie Essary hot off the SHOW ME Racing Series.

Outstanding performances were put on by the AMP Series and a packed crowd. It was Beard & Essary that ended the evening with the #5Essary, Leslie Essary taking home the feature win and the #86 of Beard taking home the second place victory and the #U2 of Terry Henson finishing 3rd followed by #5 of Jon Mitchell & #99.7 Chris Hawkins rounding out the top five.

Fans are encouraged to be there as early as possible, as a "crowd " is anticipated for this event. The Speedway provides some of the best facilities in Arkansas dirt racing with two large concessions in the grandstand area and two concessions in pit area., well lighted for visual sighting, & more spot light racing. I-30 Speedway, more than welcomes fans from across the State. The action at I-30 Speedway is always "fast and furious" as the events there move along very quickly. Access and parking; Handicap parking available and is second to none as the track is easily accessible off of Interstate I-30
