Earlier this week, the National Sprint Car Hall of Fame contacted it's panel of voters to rank the top 15 Non-Wing Sprint Car Drivers in North America for 2006.

If you could vote, what would your rankings look like?

Unfortunately, there are just a lot of uninformed folks out there, and some of them even get to vote. That leads to some screwed-up polls sometimes.

No offense to you guys above, but you're forgetting about a guy who has won 21 races this season against some of the best competition you can find. Four of those wins were USAC National wins. He had two podiums during the Oval Nationals. Smell the coffee!! :) And I'm not even mentioning two Indiana boys who won a fistful or more sprint car races this summer.....

Points suck. Vote based on what a guy does on the track. OK, I'm done griping....

your right Spridge some of us on the left coast go with our guys ln these polls but you go with what you see to tell the truth the few times I've seen Mr. Stanbrough drive I was not that impressed obviously he is a very talented driver but hasn't done much on the west coast. Now with that BS out of the way your Midwest guys came out west and kicker the locals butts at the Ovals and the Weartern.CYA in Tulsa.
