The moccasins are probably Jan Opperman's. Western Kansas supermodified driver Randy Jones wore high top moccasins I remember.

Mr. Oppermans shoes! I guess they were in the Hall Of Fame at Knoxville along with the Ultimate cowboy hat to own.
