I though Muskogee Speedway was condemned and I thought Gary Clay owned Outlaw Motor Speedway in Oktaha or something like that.

I understood that the Speedway at the Muskogee Fairgrounds is property of the Fairgrounds a public trust. From having produced events there for a few years, I doubt if the Fair Board would consider selling that property,. And if so, it would most likely take a vote of the people in Muskogee to approve sale of a trust piece of realestate.

Even if sold, egress to and from the racetrack is across Public Fairgrounds property and that would be another problem to deal with.

There may be some sort of Lease Agreement possibly, however one needs to note that the Skateboard Facility that was located in one of the buildings at the Fairgrounds is no longer there. Fair board may have ruled them out from pressure from citizens that wanted use of that building, which housed a semi-permanent tennet.

Racetrack may be a different thing, as there may not be other citizens wishing to use it for events. However, once renovated concert promoters and other outdoor event promotors may want access to the facility as well.
