What chassis will give you more leg room, from where seat mounts to motorplate.I'm 6 foot and 215 lbs. and my 87/39 maxim is tight as hell for me.Is there any frames that have more room than the next?

Get a Big Max Maxim, or a 87/40 car and have the mounts for the steering put on the down bar poston on the frame instead of the horazonal bars they come on.

Thank's for your advice. How much more room does the big max give you? When I sit in my car,my feet want to naturaly rest up next to motorplate.I have to raise my leg up and go back and to the left to hit the brake pedal which is awkward.

They are quite roomy from what I have heard. I have never been in a big max but have talked to some guy's that have and they said it was like getting into a caddy. I have however been in a car where the mounts for the steering gear have been moved to the virtical bars and can tell you that it is noticiabley more room. I don't really have that room trouble though, I'm only 5'8"!!! You can email Brad at Maxim and get the exact measurements and how much more room you will have. [email protected] or call 217-544-7015.

Hope this helps you out!
