The quality of Flo seems very dependent on your internet speed.  I started having issues with buffering and upgraded my internet speed and have never had an issue since.  If you get buffering it's generally on the customers end.  People don't like to hear that, but it's true.

Very true, and DV or Flo likely matters little.   I have high speed ATT fiber and never have an issue streaming DV while my wife streams something else at the same time.    My brother lives a mile way and has constant problems with DV, but he's on a much lower grade internet service.

Every so often the services have issues, and they will post on Twitter/Facebook about it and usually fix it timely. If you're consistently having buffering issues and no one else is it's definitely your internet setup.

Internet Switched, what does that mean?

We had fantastic internet with absolutely no problems.  Due to increasing rates, we switched providers in the spring.  After we switched providers, we had the buffering issues as everyone is complaining about.  Switched back while we wait for fiber to get to our area this fall or next spring.  Have had no issues since.

As DSC says----if you're having issues, and people are commenting they are having no issues, it's your internet.  It's your internet.  It's your internet.
