We have a 12 head 410 that stumbles mid corner especially if going to the bottom...barrel valve is at 26, we have tried all different pressures and pills with the secondary and even plugged it so it is not the secondary...High speed at 108 with a 68 pill, main pill is 70...Just can not seem to pin point it and it is driving our driver crazy...plugs look a little lean...Would an MSD box act like this we are going that route this week...Car runs good multiple heat wins and a few weeks ago 4 laps away from a feature win at Lincoln Speedway..Any suggestions?

Had a similar issue several years ago. Car was doing a lot of the things you describe. Had the main pill holder mounted backward and we all overlooked it for weeks while we changed and adjusted everything untill someone finially realized it was wrong. It was so obvious we all just looked past it. lol

My knee seems to be good and the infection is gone, pic line has been removed so fingers crossed i am good to raise hell again..Trey is doing very well and on path to be 410 rookie of the year at Lincoln...Left one get away with lapped cars and Montieth sneaked by for the win but i am very happy with his first year.

Stumbling mid corner on the bottom ? So I'm thinking he is on and off the go pedal when this happens ? Check the shafts and butterflies on the injector.. air/ fuel ratio is causing it as you already understand that. We had a odd issue also, ending up sending unit out to hilborn, they replaced the shaft, 1, and new butterflies. Pounded are heads for 1/2 a season.

Thank you buddy..It has been awhile! Yes the chassis is 12 yrs old and we picked the 12 head 410 up for 8 grand so running against Central Pa best with very, very little. Had to make the jump at some point and he seems to have taken well to the 410.

Update this week we changed the MSD box just to be sure and went richer on the main and by lap times it got worse....We will try going the other direction...Injectors too big?....The suggestion of talking to the injector manufactuer may be a good step.
