Any definitive plans from any PA teams to make the trip to Elora next week?

Baby blue #69 has it on their schedule. But I'll believe it when that Ford F-600 straight truck with black hula skirting comes rolling down the turn 3 hill and into the pits.

only 2 drivers would have a realistic chance to win...48 and 69 ?

I'd throw a third driver who might have a chance....The #21, Brian Monteith

I would say Dietrich would have an outside shot at a win, he has won outside of PA with both the All Stars and the Outlaws this year. He is fast enough to steal one under the right circumstances. I wouldn't be surprised if he heads out there either, from what I remember the KR isn't tied to the other three nights so you can tow there Friday after the Grove and have just as good of a chance as anyone on Saturday, minus the track time of the previous three nights.
Lance absolutely would have a shot of winning any of the 4 nights no question, just think of how good guys like Greg Wilson have been over the past few years there. If it gets slick Lance is going to be one of the guys to beat. They went from DNQ to 6th in one night at Knoxville earlier this season, give them 4 nights to get the car dialed in and I would give them a pretty solid chance.
I don't think I would say Montieth would have a shot at a win, he hasn't been competitive outside of Lincoln much this season. I think Rahmer, Wolfe, and Ryan Smith would all be solid cars but not much winning potential there either.

DD doesn't have a prayer, sorry he just doesn't. Nothing against him, he's a great racer. Just don't think he has the laps there to be great. LD has a prayer but its a long shot. Let's remember that he started on the front row at Knoxville and backed up to 6th. Again, nothing against him either, a hell of a racer and crew. Not saying he can't run okay, but there's a lot of other people I would put my money on before him ...

With 4 straight nights of racing (fingers crossed for no rain) who knows what kind of shape the track will be in by Saturday. We might see a tire burner where 15 guys blow a RR and Greg Wilson wins running the bottom.

Has anyone paid any attention to Eldora races over the past few years? If you run the bottom well, you have a hell of a good shot to win. Schuchart does well every time they go there. Greg Wilson comes towards the front every time he's in the A. Didnt Ryan Smith go 24th to 3rd in a caution free Kings Royal in the Coldren car?
So, I would say Lance has a punchers chance if he goes to Eldora. The other guys mentioned? Meh, not so much.

I just double checked and Smith came up to 5th, not 3rd. Still damn good though.

Cole Duncan can win a Kings Royal. I'd say Sweet is the favorite this year. With Logan being #2 and (I cant belive I'm saying this) Schatz being #3. Yes I said it. Donny's not looking good. (For Donny standards). We still gotta wait and see till after Eldora and Knoxville, because I wouldn't be surprised if he obliterated both fields. But if we get through Aug and Schatz doesn't win anything, I'd say there's definite cause for concern for the 15 team.

Sweet is the (slight) favorite at the moment IMO although Donny will have to be beaten. You know he will be up front somewhere on Saturday night. Sweet would have won it last year if he hadn't been held up by Pittman while trying to run Donny down.

Schatz has been giving up positions pretty regular these last few months. Starts well most nights and sometime on the pole. I'd like to see a plus and minus comparison on Scahtz and Sweet for the last 20 races. I'd bet Sweet has moved forward on average and Schatz has moved backward even if you throw out the mechanical failure of both.
Schatz is far from washed up I just think other drivers have improved and I like that since there is now at least a discussion as to who could win where as last season the discussion was about who got 2nd place.
Even though I may not know you, I
care what most of you think!

I'd say the posse has a good chance at bringing home the win, especially if the bottom dries out. Everyone knows with the outlaws qualify well, start well. Uphill battle but yes it can happen if the bottom dries up and a couple cautions can help.

Oh by the way. My pick . The steel city bandit. Tim Schaffer. A dark horse but can get it done.

If you say so man. Not like the 69k has ever won anything at Eldora before or anything...
