Elk Grove Ford Midgets set to compete alongside World of Outlaws at Placerville Speedway March 23rd

Placerville, CA – March 13, 2019…An exciting part of Brad Sweet's “49er Gold Rush Classic” presented by Riebes Napa Auto Parts will be the Midget program sponsored by Elk Grove Ford.
The winner on Saturday March 23rd will pocket a solid $2,000 in what marks the first of five total nights that Midgets will be in action at the Placerville Speedway during 2019. The non-sanctioned event upcoming will follow USAC National Midget tire rules during the night.

Along with the 49er Gold Rush Classic, Placerville Speedway also welcomes the always exciting Midget division on Saturday June 1st and Wednesday August 21st, both of which are sanctioned by the newly re-branded POWRi-BCRA Midgets. The quarter-mile will then close the season with the Elk Grove Ford Hangtown 100, featuring the USAC NOS Energy Drink National Midgets/ Western States Midgets and the Wicked Energy Gum NW Focus Midgets presented by Cognitive Warriors.
The Placerville Speedway is located on the beautiful El Dorado County Fairgrounds in Placerville, California. Take Hwy US-50 to Forni Road/Placerville Drive exit.
