Driver Information Requested for $13,000 to win NCRA Sprint Opener!

 

Park City, Kansas – February 9, 2019 - Officials with the National Championship Racing Association and 81 Speedway in Park City, Kansas are asking drivers to email their information, if competing in the upcoming ninth annual “Park City Cup/Air Capital Shootout” on April 4-6, 2019. This event will once again open the season for the series 360-ci sprint car division.

Thursday night (April 4) will be an open practice session for sprint cars only. On Friday night, complete set of heat races and feature will be run with the nights feature winner taking home $1500 and $200 to start.   

Then on Saturday night, a complete set of heat races, last chance qualifiers and championship feature finale will be run with the night’s feature winner taking home $13,000. Just starting the twenty-two-car finale will earn $600.

Entry fee is $100 for the weekend and only NCRA or ASCS rules will apply.

The Kansas-based United Rebel Sprint Series (URSS) 305-ci sprinters will be in competition on Friday night only.

The above information will be used to help promotion of this event as well as you and your race team/sponsors in all upcoming pre and post-race releases.

This will be the 49th consecutive season of sanctioning dirt track racing for the NCRA and will be the series 30th season sanctioning 360-ci sprints.
