Four ArkLaTex region track promoting teams -- Roger & Annette Walker at Champion Park, David Hill at Texas DIRT Motorplex, Gary & Pam Green at 67 Texarkana Speedway and Gene Boyter at Ark-La-Tex Speedway -- have put together a local 4 race series scheduled over 3 weekends this summer.

Outlaw Modified Tour 2007

Four one-night shows for a combined possible $5000 to win!

Each race is $1000 to win, 200 to start with a $50 entry fee. The dates are:

Sat, June 2nd - Champion Park Speedway, Minden, LA

Sat, June 23rd - Texas DIRT Motorplex, Winona, TX

Fri, July 6th - 67 Texarkana Speedway, Texarkana, AR

Sat, July 7th - Ark-La-Tex Speedway, Vivian, LA

Plus...

A $5000 point fund has been included for just these 4 races.

1st place - $1000, 2nd - $500, 3rd-$300 and 4th through 10th get $200 each plus

all drivers that finish from 11th place back and race at all four events will be including in a drawing in which 10 more driver names will be drawn and each one of those gets $200 each!

All the above is guaranteed but the point fund can even grow larger if a title sponsor is found for the series.

Sounds like a solid deal to me. Even the Dallas, Houston and Arkansas cars may want in on this one as it only amounts to three trips to the Arklatex region and all the shows are one-nighters. All four of these promoters have established themselves in the region too and have an excellent combined record of paying out good mod purses at all four tracks.
