Yes, I think this picture was taken at the Hawkeye Futurity at the Iowa State Fairgrounds in 1972.

This was Dave's last year driving the sprinters and he made it count. The "Flying Farmer" finished in

the top 10 in points in both the IMCA, and BCRA ranks that season. After a incredible career in both supers,

and sprint cars, Dave is now a member of the BCRA, and Belleville Hall Of Fames.
