Quoted from the letter-
Brian,
I found this super 3 weeks ago in the middle of nowhere. East of Winfield , Kansas. It is a 1971 nance that was bought in Wichita in 1977 from an unknown owner and was raced as #77 in Caney, Dewey, and Wichita by Mark Jennings until about late 1979 when it was parked. You can see a #88 under the paint and looks like maybe a blue paint job. It is all complete minus motor with original tires and wheels, plus extra parts the owner had stored in an old garage. The original 283 motor is supposed to be around someplace, I'm still looking.

The tail was open on the 88, this tail is closed off..,,,88 tail was open for air to go through it,also there were 2 different sizes of bodys a narrow and a wide this car is narrow and the 88 was a wide body.
The Nance bodys came closed in the back from Nance. They opened the back for air to go through. It was opend when it was the Nance house car. Before 70. Tim
Win as if you are use to it.And lose as if you enjoyed
it for a change. Its hard to get to the top and alot
harder to stay there.
