Im asking this as a legitimate question has anyone ever noticed if THE FABULOUS SUNSHINE44 has ever posted on here before. I get on here alot and have never noticed his or her whichever it is posts on here. Would really like some input on this as i have an idea who THE FABULOUS SUNSHIE44 might be. P.S. still Darin Robison dont want the great Jerry Hoffman to think Im hiding behind my screen name.

From the background info on Lil Miss/Mr Sunshine, they have had a total of 5 posts - all of which are on this topic. They registered on 12/01/08 so they came out of the woodwork just for us. How lucky are we!
With all their racing history of wins, we should be asking for autographed photos and book biography rights!

The only thing I could come up with is having a Jerry Springer episode that features school bus drivers that used to drive sprint cars and were rumored to have a nose candy habit.
It's pretty weak but I figured that Duane posts some lame ass jokes so I could get away with one.

Thats what i was kinda thinking about good ole Sunshine44. Makes me wonder though when i told Jerry Hoffman that evening after he screwed everyone that the message boards would light up on this in a bad way his reply was he did not care because these boards hold no credibility because everyone on them just hid behind their screen names and ran their mouths. Well Jerry your right they do. Problem for you though the only people doing it are defending you so they hold no credibility just like you and your partner in crime Doug Bland. So after you guys have what you justify as a make up race go have a nice dinner a couple beers on all of us racers who were trying to help you guys have a successful day of racing but got screwed and go **** yourselves. That's pretty funny. I can't think of any regular poster's on this board that won't tell you their real name and where they're from if you just ask them. There have been a few assholes over the years that have come in to just start trouble that won't tell you who they are but they are few and far between.

Same jackass as he was bragging about that when we finally found him and his spineless partner Hoffman exactly who i thought from earlier post. My only question on that series is he the one who ran it into the ground. I would bet yes on that. I just happened to come across these posts about my friend Jerry Hoffman. Im from New York and have been racing for 25 years. The race is rescheduled whats the problem! We have tracks in our area closing by the day the promotors arent making money and they get more crap for trying to do the right thing. As for the people making comments about Jerry you are way off base Jerry cares about the racer he would give you his shirt off his back to keep you racing. Also be careful and be responsible for what you say or you could be held responsible for your comments. http://www.expertlaw.com/library/personal_injury/defamation.html#1 Over the years I have paid entry fees and Pit passes for rain outs that I could not return to and have just looked at it as part of doing business. Ive drove 300 miles to go to a race at Oswego NY only 2 cars showed up in our class $50 pit pass times six $300 after warm ups they sent us packing. It wasnt the tracks fault no one showed. Ive been to 50 races where the purses where cut do to low car count. Lets just keep bi --ching and now hold the promotors responsible for the weather.

AND YOU DIDN'T GET A FULL REFUND?? Hard to believe. And, it wasn't the tracks fault nobody showed? Could the reason have been that people had been screwed like you were before, and knew better?

It's been awhile since someone brought up defamation in here. The people that throw the term around usually end up eatin' shit. Good luck on that one.
I have an honest question. Why is it that every time we hear about a situation like this happening it's always in that general area of the country? There was a deal with the allstars a few years back in Missouri and now this. It seems like there was something else like this also but I can't seem to remember what it might have been.
If something like this went down in Ohio, the fans and the drivers would put a track out of business. Atleast, if it does happen, it never gets publisized around here, with the exception of Wayne county. You folks out there need to band together and let it be known that you won't let this kind of thing happen under any circumstances. If a track or a promotor has to take a major kick in the balls over it, so be it. They'll know better than to pull it on you guys again.

You want to compare that race to the Chilli Bowl lmao are you serious. There are more seats in the restrooms at the Chilli Bowl than at that whole track. Springfield Speedways event compared to Chilli Bowl LMAO pardon me everyone im going to the restroom before i piss myself.

You say that this Jerry guy would give you his shirt off his own back to keep a racer racing, well these racers are not asking for the shirt off of his back, they are asking for their OWN MONEY BACK. They never got to race so he should have given them their money back, end of story. The only reason this story still has any legs at all is because of the ignorance of the promoter. He will have to work ten times as hard now as a promoter since he has created this mess. Just give the damn money back, its not that difficult to do the right thing.

Im glad you registered today to inform us of how kind your friend is. He made a lot of money last week. How much he pay you to say that. Lets say it was around $500. Well you got screwed also cause him and Doug Bland made a hell of a lot more than that. What series was it that only 2 cars showed up. Drove 300 miles after warm ups they sent you packing. I didnt know your buddy Jerry Hoffman and his partner in crime ever ran Oswego cause that sounds like a stunt they would pull and justify it some how. Look at the bright side though if they would have let you and the other car race you guys would have probably picked up your best finish ever.
