Just showing what he's doing . Asshole. With Bell in the seat the car has been bad fast. So you tell me, where's the difference ? Some guys will keep making excuses, time passes, and for various reasons they refuse to admit it. I'm not saying a negative thING about Sammy. He was and always will be a favorite. I prefer to remember him yesterday , not today.

For the haters it's kinda like penis envy. They realize they never could have or did accomplish a fraction of what Sammy did so all they can do it spew hate. It's comical and they don't realize how stupid they sound in the process. It's ok though, Dale Sr had alot of haters too. As did Jeff Gordon, Jimmie Johnson, Steve Kinser, Lance DeWease, etc. What do they all have in common???? A shit ton of winning. People hate winners and in this case the penis envy is pointed at Sammy. A guy who has gone out of his way to be friendly and accomodating anytime I've ever approached him. Can he still get it done on the big fast half miles, don't know. But I guarantee he can wheel the hell out of a car on the bullrings, even at his age.

If some of you don't understand how much conversations like this hurt Sprint car racing you are just out of touch with reality. A lot of professional and classy companies no longer are supporting or sponsoring anything to do with racing.
You so called Sprint car fans that have nothing but derogatory and negative things to say are helping to destroy the sport. Look around.....Energy drinks are the only new money and soon they'll be just as gone.
I bet your mother's would be so proud of some of you if they read what you wrote and how you present yourselves. I get embarrassed even being involved in a sport that some of you claim to be fans of.

Lmao I’m sure sponsors are saying “well on hoseheads there’s literally dozens of people and some say not so nice things, can’t sponsor a sprint car”. As if this is any different than any other sport. Sponsors don’t give a flying shit was fans say on a message board, odds are they don’t even know this place exists

Glad you are a fan of his....in any point of his career. Guess you forgot to post the great time trial from Thursday night, his 2nd place finish in the heat, and making it into the dash. Not so good in the feature, but there were a lot of other good racers on the trailer watching the "A" main. No excuses here, just happy to see a legend still willing to strap in and compete. Some nights will be good and some will not. I accept it. I guess you are unable to accept Sammy at this stage of his career.....that's too bad. Your loss. I'll keep enjoying. If he keeps on going, I'll keep enjoying and you do whatever it is you do.

Exactly. It's funny how you can't talk bad about any driver on these forums because you don't like them without someone trying to defend them and wanting to punch you in the mouth, especially when we're speaking the truth most of the time. I call it like I see it. It's the internet. Take what people say with a grain of salt and get over it.

Well lpjazz, if you read, I said Sammy started out well when the track still had moisture in it. As the track dried up he faded. NEVER did I dish the guy. It's what Sammy is today, the track slicks off and he's not going anywhere. If there's some moisture in the track he can run with anybody. Know everyone can bust my chops cause they won't read it to the end.

In order to distinguish myself from the "haters" I'll reiterate that I have been a fan since day one of the Outlaws. I just want to see him enjoy his retirement and get out when the time is right without hurting himself. That having been said I have no idea how big his dick is nor do I care and I had enough fun in my younger years that I'm not envious of anybody.

I'm fairly sure you were around back in the days when I was touring the country selling photos and letting everyone know of my schedule and plans. I looked for and waited each and every night for my haters to come up and introduce themselves but you were all cowards. Not one time did anyone approach and say anything but a couple of the PA wives whose husbands didn't mind what I said but they did. I've said this before, not a large man but a former Canuck hockey player who loved to scrap and boy would I have been willing. At about 70 now and 3/4 gone those days are over and I just get to laugh at you wannabe internet tough guys, I do think that steelcityguy would kick some butt and hope to one day here about it, hell I'd buy a ticket, lol.....
