What is Wayne County Speedway saying about this incident?  Wouldn't their insurnace company have a lot to lose if anything would of happened?  I been to a lot of tracks where in driver meetings they have announced that exiting your car under yellow flag condition will cost you fine and/or disqualification.   The heck with the AllStar rule if your a track owner/promotor, no matter who it is!!

I believe it was the b main & he didn't continue after the wreck. They could have disqualified him but it would have been a mute point at that point as his night was already done after there incident. All Stars did fine him per what the rule book states so everything has been done based on the rules set in place. Should the penalty be worst in the future? That's up to the drivers, tracks, and sanctioning bodies to decide.
