That's a nice purse. With the ASCoC at Knixville the night before, why didn't they just schedule them for this race? Then we would know how many all stars will be there - all of them.

410 show that night is a $10,000 to win $800 to start feature.
For PA, OH, CA,etc race teams migrating to the midwest to prepare for the Nats
would love to see a strong amount of them at Husets for this big show.

Hopefully piggybacking off the Knoxville ASCoC show works out for them.

44 seems a bit optimistic would go the under on that. Hoping more then 35.
Anybody know some who might show?
Gio, Kerry, Rico?
Hafertepe, Eliason, Courtney?
PPM, Golobic return trips?
Kyle Larson after his $50,000 win last night at Fairbury??

2 things. First I'm pretty certain the All Stars have had a 48 hr rule like the outlaws do for a few years now, so people were setting themselves up for disappointment hoping any of them would be there. Second, the parts shortage is very real. People are getting low on motors and hope of things catching up is fading quickly. Guys are gonna save what they have left for Knoxville and points racing. Just something we're gonna have to deal with the rest of the year.

The Aug 22 Huset show is under the WoO banner so that will be on DV. They are taking the next 2 weeks for the Nationals so the next regular show is aug 29.

Pure speculation but I wonder if This show was intended to be An All Star show and for some reason got pulled? Why else would Flo be covering it?

I thought about Terry a couple weeks back when Carson crashed at Husets. They brought out a back up car for Carson. If they have a second car, why isn't Terry driving it?

With such a weak showing of cars one would think the self proclaimed king of husets 24x of terry mccarl would be there to run mid pack

A few takeways. The next two weeks there will be a ton of cars at Knoxville for those desiring huge car counts. The local Husets teams need a good payday as much as any invaders so I have mixed feelings about wishing that some traveler would come in and steal the loot. The racing was decent last night but every now and then if a person watches enough racing we're going to see a Feature that doesn't want to end. Last night the 410 Feature got bogged down with seven to go but that's the way it can be at Husets. I watched last night and went to bed fat and satisfied with my viewing choice. If I had decided to drive over four hours and get a room I would have been happy with my decision. Outside of Knoxville, Grand Forks, Jackson, Husets and IRA we see more than our fair share of 18-20 car shows in the upper Midwest. It's easy to speculate why more teams don't travel up from Knoxville or down from Grand Forks. Number one, it's a Sunday night and a lot of them work during the week. The All Stars as pointed out have a 48 hour rule but I'm not well versed on that. I think another thing that's going on is teams have a huge week or in some cases two weeks coming up. There are problems getting parts and I was reading on a social media post that some of the Stock Car classes can't get new tires. Some said that they are running used tires and the post season specials will be coming up soon so that could get interesting. All of the tracks up here have some kind of a Stock Car and Modified extravaganza in September into October.
Even though tracks are open this year this supply chain thing is still affecting them. Anyways, nothing to get angry about with the Nationals coming up. I'm sure just like every other track at the end of the season they'll be evaluating the success of every event. It's a learning process for them after being closed for a while.

Nobody has any motors thats why there was nobody at Husets......COVID is taking a hit every where.....you will really start seeing the hurt after Nationals...if drivers can make it through nationals with their tounge dragging out of their motors each night.
