I saw on the Internerds that High Limit had sent Gio Scelzi's tires off to a lab to be checked after winning at Port Royal. The realese said the tires passed inspection. Is this a common thing done after each race?

It has been and as of recent. I have seen series post reports showing 3 tire samples from 3 cars in the race (most likely the podium drivers) and the results of those samples. Have not seen any results come back compromised or illegal. I have not really paid attention as to if it is only HL or both HL or WoO because there are plenty of other people that pay attention into that kind of stuff.
