What are everyone's thoughts on the USAC announcer on Flo? He reads off car/team sponsors so fast. I miss Chet.

Paragon was definately a cowboy up track, I remember when Gas City would have a challenging surface like that. It is a shame to see so much equipment destroyed though. Indiana sprnt week has been pretty exciting as always especially with those completelty bonkers. insane six car inverts. Hulbert does a fine job of announcing and everybody has their coined start of the race phrase.. Chet was fine too, and I think TLP did fine with USAC and now is a great fit for the HL group. I don't understand why people get so hung up on race announcers?

Hunter Schuerenberg may have gotten back to his true calling. He is 13th in Sprintweek points and leading the passing rankings in some of his first racing this year.

Inverts work perfectly for wingless cars, local/regional winged shows, and multi-night point driven shows like the Nationals. They have their place.

He's impressing the heck out of me. I think a lot of people wondered where his career was heading. It suprised me to see him back in a non winged car, I didn't think he would pick it up again that quickly. He seems very grateful for the opportunity and he'll provide some fresh competition to the series.

I figure this might be a good place to post this question. On road construction projects, when they get dried mud built up on pavement, they bring in an industrial strength spinning brush on a tractor. The brush is made of stiff wire with nylon knots on the end. It basically grinds the dried mud off the pavement.
On a rough dirt track with ridges or holes, could that type of brush be used to grind off some mud and smooth the track surface a bit? Also, could a brush take off the rubber before the feature?
