I've heard and read a lot of complaining over the last couple of years about the changes made to Eldora------taking out the 18" of banking (or something like that), catering to NASCAR trucks, killing off the speed..............etc, etc.

I think this place is as racy as I've ever seen it.  Anyone?  I remember too many races at this joint over the years where it was nothing but a wall scraping conveyor belt.

Looked pretty racy last night top to bottom. Greg Wilson & Schuchart have to be licking their chops.

Yeah, racing top to bottom. That's what most of us enjoy, and it's still plenty fast..

I dont understand your comment... Schuchart is running the top as good as anybody and I didnt think Wilson made the show last night?

Nonetheless it must be like the Bristol bump-n-run days around the bottom debate... IMO Eldora should be rim riding and slide jobs!

The one thing you dont seem to see as much of is wadded up race cars.  I am sure drivers and owners alike, like that.

Well when it was 1st done it did suck balls. Don't think anybody used anything but the bottom 1/3 of the track. Didn't go there for about 3 years. Used to go 10 to 12 times a year including Late Models. Pick & choose now & it may be coming out of the funk.

They went through some growing pains at first but they seem to have the formula down now. I have gone to just about every Sprint race there the past 9yrs and I would say the past couple have been the best as far as battles for position & guys able to come from the back

So it’s like every other sprint race, including old eldora. Not in the dash not gonna win unless your name is Schatz or Sweet. I mean how many Outlaw or All-Star races does the winner come from 13th on back? Maybe a couple a season, there’s just too many good cars/competition

????

I will just stay away from this..............I'm trying to decide between sarcasm, trolling, or complete stupidity.  And, since I cannot see your face, I will just decline to react.

Was a great 4 nights.  Place gets a lot of bitching about it but it delivers the goods time and time again. It is not what it used to be but I don’t know if today’s cars would race good on what it used to be.  They sure have the track prep down.  Consistent great racing at their big shows both for sprints and late models.
