Ti22 Adjustable Birdcages or one of the many choices of adjustable Jacob's Ladder (W Links)
Any technical advice/experience on one over the other?

I'd like to know how many people actually do make those adjustments and can tell a difference?

The 3 hole jacobs ladder is by far the less costly. I think these are for fine tuning of chassis. If your car handles like a lead bitch they will not solve the problem
