the guy says he had 20 other sets and none of them were mis-matched. then htf was he able to send you 4 RR cages? also why when you first told him of the problem of getting 2 of the same side cages did he not bring up the fact that he had 2 of the same side cages left in stock out of the 22 sets he had in stock in the first place and was glad to have found the reason for it. you would think he would have realized that right off the bat when he had 2 of the same cages left sitting by themselves on the shelf. it does not sound like he noticed that when he told you he would sell you 2 more cages for the same price as the first. it sounds like you have trapped the guy in a bunch of lies as well as bad business practices.

That is exactly what happened, He notified us that he received two left sides & then we checked our shelves we discovered that we had two rights remaining on the shelf. The last two Birdcages period out of twenty two sets. We first offered the guy a refund in full if he sent the bird cages back, but he then decided that he wanted the other two on our shelf in order to make two complete sets, so we sent him the two remaining birdcages on our shelves & WE PAID THE SHIPPING. He then contacts us & tells us that he has four rights. WE HAVE SOLD TWENTY TWO SETS OF THESE BIRD CAGES & OUT OF THAT TWENTY TWO THE ONLY ONES SUPPOSEDLY WRONG WERE HIS. WHICH LEADS US TO BELIEVE THAT THE PROBLEM IS ON HIS END: (PERHAPS HE DOES'NT KNOW LEFT FROM RIGHT) WE HAVE ALREADY GONE THE EXTRA MILE TO TRY & HELP THIS GUY. SO AT THAT POINT, STILL WILLING TO HELP THE CUSTOMER WE OFFER HIM A FULL REFUND MINUS HIS SHIPPING COSTS.

Well, first off....567Racing...big deal...so you can post your positive feedback. Secondly, OneBigDog....how about settling this a little more for those of us you want to boycott this vendor by posting some pics and such of these birdcages? I know pics can be doctored, but lets see them anyway. With everything floating around this post right now, it is obvious that SOMEONE is full of shit....so more info is necessary.

Wingsprnt50, The real issue here is: this guy believes that he got the wrong stuff for whatever reason, whether it is really my mistake, really his mistake, really a combination of our mistake. I should have gone the EXTRA, EXTRA MILE & had him return the items regardless of whos mistake & given him a full refund including shipping. That would have been WISDOM & good business. Instead I offered him a refund minus shipping, MY MISTAKE.

Simple Ebay transaction, 56racing offered a new set of birdcages for a great price, we sent the money order trusting that we would receive a set of birdcages. Fact we received two identical birdcages. Simple, contact seller and ask to correct the problem, we didn't really need an extra set of birdcages but the price was right, we sent more money and asked for the correct birdcages to make two complete sets. When all was done we received 4 identical birdcages. Long story short ebay transactions are about trust, we sent the money twice and 56racing wanted us to invest more money for shipping and send him back the birdcages, hoping and trusting to receive the parts back we originally ordered months ago. Trust and confidence in the sellers ability to complete the transaction was broken. Anger and frustration led us to contact "Winters" they understand and are correcting the problem in a professional manor. Original post says Beware of 56racing, do what you want, racer to racer we have had a bad experience with them. Those of you who have purchased from them and are pleased consider yourself lucky. If 56racing would have taken care of us in a timely and profesional manor, he would have had a long term customer. Debate is over, thanks for listening.

I contacted 56 some time ago about a combo arm and right arm manufactured by LRB the items were listed, (just not with the bolt spaceing measurement /color ect) , as it turns out, 56 did not currently have the items in a 31/4" spaceing (what I needed) So, I thought LRB was produceing a nice piece and I contacted them directly, over the phone call I learned LRB was not manufacturing the particual item anymore (colored whichever) I discussed with them I had recently seen thier items for sale with the 56 vendor, the individual over the phone said they wouldnt do buisness with 56 again because they had been hung? , On the flip side , I personnaly have placed a order with 56 and recieved it as described (not a expensive item) but beside that point, I was treated as nessessary, but I definetly can see the frustration on both parties in this instance, remember: Customer is always right ,

I purchased a fuel tank complete bladder plates ect, (brand new) I painted it and had the vinyl work done , I mounted the tank finished plumbing, added 5gal of methanol , we noticed a drip, and just shook it off that some had spilt inbetween the outer shell and the bladder? , 10 minutes rolled buy and still a drip, WTF!, there was a pin hole in my new $1300.00 tank! I contacted the reailer, he forward me to the manufacture , I paid the shipping to the manufacture ($49-$55 I dont remember), they replaced the bladder with a trap style due to manufactureing settup (I dont care just give me one that doesnt leak!) I dont feel I should have had to pay shipping period ,but, its funny with racing, almost everything is no garentee!

I see this bad seller has a ad on hoseheads classified. Just sounds to me he is a poor seller that might turn real bad at any time.
