If you get Area Auto Racing News, there is a great 3-page article on Don Kreitz Jr. I enjoyed learning more about him. Loved the photo of the 69K on the open trailer!

Donald's career has been fascinating to say the least. To my knowledge, he's only ever ran one race for a car owner other than himself and that was in the Bob Weikert #29 (Hagerstown I think?). To accomplish what he did for so many years as an owner/operator is incredible. If it weren't for the injury that eventually led to his retirement, he'd still be winning races. No one on earth will ever run the bottom at Williams Grove like The Donald could.

Regardless of who is running for president, Mr. Kreitz will ALWAYS be the one and only Donald in my mind lol.

I remember seeing him at a Busch North show at Seekonk around 1980.
