NSL Drivers are “Good as New with Ti22” in 2015!

Windom, MN (February 5, 2015) – There is little that can be done to console a sprint car driver who has been in an accident!  However, in 2015, National Sprint League members will get some consolation.  Any member driver bending or breaking their sprint car at a NSL event will receive a “Good as New with Ti22” $100 gift certificate from Ti22.

"We are honored to be a part of the NSL inaugural season with the ‘Good as New with Ti22’ award,” says Ti22 Vice President Danielle Blewitt.  “The Midwest offers such a talented pool of drivers and teams and we are looking forward to an exciting season with the series. Best of luck to everyone on a safe and successful season. "

I sure wish the local tracks would do things like this!

No sponsor would spend that kind of money on a local track. It takes a traveling series to make it worth the effort.

So am I to understand local racers dont matter as much ? The small local weekend racers are the people who buy there parts that support the sponsors of series,  most of the big time teams ask for there stuff for free.

Marketing campaigns of this nature do not transpire without effort.  Manufacturers rarely, if ever, volunteer marketing campaigns. Generally, the plans are the result of a soliciatation.  If you desire for a plan of this genre to be incorporated into the campaign, I would suggest you identify a specific manufacturer you would like to participate.  Upon identification of the target supplier, put together a compreshensive cost versus benefit plan for the supplier.  Identify how long, if ever, the supplier will see a return on the investment.  I would also be willing to spend a great deal of money to initiate and effect the plan.  From my experience in marketing, I would estimate a local track would need to spend between $10K to $25K to put a similar campaign into place.  Your thoughts on supporting the local racer are valid, but not economically feasible.
