NCRA ran a combined show last night at Belleville. There are Mods & Late Models in addition to the sprints, but you can close your eyes during those parts. wink

I wouldn't dog the place. Sure was alot of fans in the stands and that equals $$$$ to put on the next show. Never know what you had until its gone. Tweak it a bit ie more food vendors more advertising along the main highway , don't run sprint races when Knoxville is running and the shows will continue.

Not only was Knoxville racing that night, but there was a show at Eagle Raceway and a two day ASCS National show at Dodge City. It may be a NCRA tradition to race at Belleville that weekend but facing three other shows running that night why didn't C Ray schedule the show for Monday? Promoters not working together and booking that many shows that close to each other isn't good for the sport.

I don't see how I was dogging the place. All I said was they ran a combined show.

I heard a Ford won and that is a big fast place...crazy.

Luna's Ford engine style that won 2 WoO titles and 3
Kings Royals before a weight rule against the best EVER
in their prime and now DOMINATES super dirt late model
racing is no longer allowed/wanted in a WoO sprint
car.... Was Luna a miracle worker?
