NCRA Sport Mods Kick off 2012 This Saturday Night at 81 Speedway!
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – Park City, Kansas – April 2, 2012 - The fourth consecutive season for the National Championship Racing Association of Park City, Kansas presented by Precise Racing Products southern sport modified division will kick off this coming Saturday night, April 2, at 81 Speedway in Park City in the first of twelve races schedule for the 2012 race season.
Two-time and defending series champion Chad McNamara will lead another strong contingent to the home track of the series and will look to become a three-time division champion.
Former series champion Todd Decker will be on hand and back on the tour for the fourth consecutive season along with last year's rookie of the year Brandon Smith of Amarillo, Landon Maddox, Ross McCartney, J.D. Choate, Kevin Dickson, Joe Bohnstedt, Randy Bohnstedt, Kip Hughes, Joe Adams and the divisions career feature winner Travis Johnson.
For the second year in a row the tours rookie crop will keep the division strong as Caleb Edwards, Kyle Choate and Logan Macey look to hit the road full-time in 2012.
Gates open at 5:00 pm with racing set to begin at 7:00 pm with general admission prices $10, $5 for children while pit passes are $25.
