There will be a swap meet, small auction and vendor show on December 31 from 8:00am to 4:00pm. I have rented a building off of Highway 244 and Garnett Road in Tulsa.
Auction items:
There are limited lot numbers available for the auction, you must call me to reserve your numbers. Only good quality items will be accepted for the auction, this is not a scrap iron sell. All parts must be guranteed by the seller, cleaned and a sheet explaining the item in complete detail. No items will be accepted on consignment day if you have not called to reserve a number. Limited lot numbers for the auction and only high quality parts, cars or racing components accepted.
Swap meet:
Swap meet spaces need to be reserved in advance and rent for $25.00 per 10 foot. You need to supply your own tables, use the floor or a flat bed trailer can be parked inside. Outside space is available for large trailers, race cars on a trailer or tow vehicles for $25.00 and can be parked the day of the show inside the fenced in area.
Vendor show:
Vendor booths rent for $100.00 per 10 foot and electricity will be provided. Limited space is available and must be confirmed ASAP.
Consignment day, swap meet setup and vendor setup is Friday, December 30 from 8:00am to 4:00pm. The building will be secured and monitored overnight. Concessions will be provided for breakfast and lunch.
