Former Jackson Speedway Champion Kenny Chapman Passed Away last evening. We will have more details as far as arrangements etc. at www.jacksonspeedway.com as soon as they come available. Thoughts and prayers go out the the family of Kenny Chapman. Kenny moved down to the Windom area back in the early 80's so he could race more often in the midwest with less travel. RIP Kenny.
