I have been informed that the city council meeting held Wednesday afternoon was short and sweet as the promoter was not there to tell her side of the story. For those who don't know, there were some hot checks written and the powers to be with the city wanted answers.
From my understanding the meeting will be held at the next Elk City council meeting.
